Refund Policy

This policy covers refunds for digital concept credits sold by PLUMBING CONCEPTS, INC. through plumbconcepts.shop. Concept credits are a digital product; there is no physical shipment.

1. Placeholder payment notice

In the current build, checkout is a placeholder and does not charge a card. The terms below describe how refunds will operate once a payment processor is connected.

2. 14-day refund window

• Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
• If some credits have been used, we refund the pro-rata value of the unused credits within the same 14-day window.
• After 14 days, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@plumbconcepts.shop with your order reference and the email used at checkout. We aim to respond within 3 business days and to process approved refunds to the original payment method.

4. Concepts are inspirational

Because AI concepts are inspirational and may be inaccurate, dissatisfaction with the creative direction of a generated concept is not on its own a defect. We still honor the 14-day unused-credit refund above regardless of reason.

5. No physical shipment

Concept credits are delivered digitally to your account. Nothing is shipped, so no shipping fees, freight or return logistics apply to credit purchases. See the Shipping and Returns pages for details.
