Returns Policy

1. Digital concept credits

Concept credits are a digital product with no physical shipment, so there is nothing to return by mail. Instead, unused digital credits are handled under our Refund Policy, which offers a 14-day refund window for unused credits.

2. Physical products (future)

Plumbconcepts does not currently sell physical goods. If physical bathroom accessories are offered in the future, the following return terms would apply to those physical items only:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unopened, unused and in original packaging.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

3. Damaged or incorrect physical items

Should physical products ever ship, items that arrive damaged or incorrect would be replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Email photos to support@plumbconcepts.shop within 14 days of delivery.

4. How to start a return

Email support@plumbconcepts.shop with your order reference. For digital credits we will direct you to the refund process; for any future physical items we will provide return instructions.
