1. Digital delivery — no physical shipment
Plumbconcepts sells digital concept credits only. There is no physical shipment for digital concept credits — no parcels, freight, carriers or tracking numbers are involved. Credits are delivered electronically to your account immediately after a completed purchase.
2. Delivery time
Digital credits are added to your account instantly once the (currently placeholder) checkout completes. If credits do not appear, email support@plumbconcepts.shop and we will resolve it.
3. Shipping fees
There are no shipping fees, handling charges or delivery surcharges, because nothing physical is sent.
4. If we ever sell physical accessories
Plumbconcepts does not currently sell physical goods. If physical bathroom accessories are offered in the future, this page will be updated with carrier options, processing times, destinations and shipping rates, and the Returnspolicy’s 14-day unopened-product terms would then apply to those physical items only.
